Category pages, product pages and a checkout shaped around the range rather than a theme. Beth sells made-to-order cakes with sizes, flavours and a ready-from date next to ready-made brownie boxes, and both go through the same basket and card checkout.

Every order in one place, on any screen.
Orders land in the web admin and the iOS app at the same time. Made-to-order cakes wait for a decision: accept to confirm the order, or decline it and write a message that goes to the customer with the email.

Baskets left at checkout get a second chance.
Once a customer types their email at checkout, the basket is saved. If they leave, a reminder email goes out after an hour and another after a day, each one linking straight back to their basket. The admin shows what was in it and what happened next.

Run the shop from a phone or a desk.
The iOS app covers orders, products, stock and messages. The web admin does the same from a laptop and also edits the website itself, so menus, pages, photos and the announcement bar change without waiting on anyone.
