Discovery
We start with a 60-min call. You explain the business, the audience, the constraints. I leave with a shape of the work.
Direction
Within a week you get a brand or design direction document — tokens, type, references, the why behind every move.
Production
Iterative builds with weekly reviews. You see the work in the browser, not just Figma.
Launch & after
Domain, analytics, email, the lot. Then a month of free iteration once you've used the live site with real users.

Most websites take 4–12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Brand-only projects are 2–4 weeks. I take one project at a time, so the timeline is about how much you can review — not how busy I am.
